***We are looking for an experience project manager in small and mid-sized IT project delivery. ***

The role entails defining project scopes and objectives, coordinating with internal teams and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Skills & Expertise:

  • Project Management experience using JIRA/Confluence.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborates with the appropriate partners to ensure required resources are assigned to the project for successful delivery
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or related
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience providing KPI Reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to work remotely and proactively.
  • Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple administrative tasks.
  • Must be an effective communicator (written and verbal)
  • Must be physically located in a U.S. time zone.
  • Must be willing to take and pass a criminal background check


Other qualifications:

  • Must have reliable high-speed internet.
  • Must be able to communicate in English. You'll be expected to provide regular updates on your work via our PM tool as well as staff and client calls.
  • Must be able to provide effective documentation.
  • Must be a team player and able to dedicate 20+ hours a week when required.
  • Must complete a skills assessment to qualify for the position.
